General Information

The council of the Japan Statistical Society held in November 22, 1997 approved the proposal of the board of directors to open the annual meeting for presentation of non-members whose permanent residence is outside Japan. Based on this decision, we invite the statisticians (whose permanent residence is outside of Japan) to participate in the 70th Annual Meeting of the Japan Statistical Society. Papers and presentations in English are accepted, although most of the presentation will be given in Japanese.

Program

Eight special sessions and two tutorial seminars will be held at the 70th annual meeting. We hope many of you will attend these sessions. Please contact the organizer of each session for details.
