1. Authors should keep a complete copy of the manuscript for themselves.
2. The corresponding authors will receive galley proofs once. Please note that only corrections of misprints are permitted.
3. Corresponding authors with membership receive 30 gratis offprints. Nonmember authors should pay the expense. Additional offprints may be purchased by using the Order From accompanying the galleys.
